It includes a support letter from Samuel Rohrer, a legislator in Pennsylvania, to the trial judge, Streiter supporting the position of one William Taylor Reil about an individuals right to travel. Of course, at the trial Reil was found guilty by the judge. The support letter is a pdf document; downloadable and saveable. I left a message at Rohrer's local office, thanking him. I intend to send a message to his website, thanking him. It might be a good idea for everyone to contact him and thank him. I have had no luck finding William Taylor Reil on the internet.
