Yeah - and what about federal tax lien? Even though it too is unlawful and unverifiable?



I haven't even attempted to learn about the land patent procedure yet. I'm still trying to find a relatively simple methodology in removing the lien. (Yeah, yeah - for those who want to inform me that it is NOT a lien - but merely a NOTICE of lien - forget it. I've heard that a zillion timers from people who haven't the slightest clue as to how to have it removed at the county level in some relatively simple manner).



So, although I am a willing student at any time for anything, I really need to have this lien removed in order to move on in so many other things. This blood-sucker thing is really holding me back.



I know Jerseee had mentioned sending a VOD and CPN, but we all know that it will be ignored and not have the effect that I desire - to abolish the thing. I am also not willing to 'pay' it in cash (which they will accept and respond) since it was totally void from the beginning.
