1099 - Question
[color=black][b]It is my OPINION that the UCC approach is unnecessary. I have been to seminars & have respect for those that apply it, but my suggestion is to file a declaration of domicile with your county recorder stipulating that you are not a United States Citizen, U.S Person, resident, individual, taxpayer, etc . . .
State where you were formerly domiciled & where you are domiciled now & put all zip codes & address #'s in [brackets]
It is my OPINION that it is o.k. to file the UCCFS for validating your diversity BY THE SoS.
The only thing I still wrestle with is the fact that, when filling out the UCC form, it forces you to admit that you are an "individual"
The result is that the DoC has the burden of proof in showing that you are subject to the corporate UNITED STATES and their phony statutes
Also, check out the mail strategy forum. Write Refused for Cause without prejudice & the current UCC code on it. write down the causes on the envelope & color copy it w/ the original postmark stamp visible.
Causes include diversity of citizenship, wrong jurisdiction, etc. . . The IRS is then forced to have to appear in person & hand deliver it.
The only catch is to learn how to challenge jurisdiction with any law enforcement that may show up & ask them the right questions without arguing.
If I was a homeowner, I would build a fence with a door around my house with a few vicious pitbulls, rip out my mailbox, eradicate the address#, and pick up my mail general delivery at the post office, and not even reveal the address to my Mom!
