Can a will be contested or is that just a TV show?
My plan is to leave my former daughter in law as the sole recepeint of all my belongings and real estate.. My son really did not do right by her and continues to misrepresent his financial status so that she receives basically a token for child support. I am glad that she has a really good professional position and is able to live with her parents who provide an excellent, clean and pro child learning home for my grandson. They are liberal with visitation for me to see him. Is there a way my son could contest to this and gain control of this property? I dont want to leave it to my grandson, because my son would finagle it from him. Thanks.
