It appears that they are only going to investigate once they receive the information they have asked for.

Well I'm not sending anything because I have no dispute with them.

What I find interesting is they claim I have a dispute.
I had no dispute, they sent me the collection letter first. I would have paid in full. I was only rebutting their presumptions that there might be some sort of relationship between us.

And my offer to pay shows I had no dispute, or why would I offer to pay?

I believe the same priciples used in my letter to the creditor, can be used in other areas.

I hope someone else trys this, I would like to see their results.
