So?? Whether or not you have those documents makes no difference. They could never be considered a "contract" of any kind unless there has been full disclosure of the terms of such contract.
Check lawwork(s) yahoo group for some other info regarding taxes. If I remember correctly they had a 1st amendment win against the IRS. |
