It really helps to be prepared. I too have not yet tested the waters since I have acquired this knowledge - only because I haven't yet been pulled over. However, I would be familiar with Ezzy's "office of the person" link above and with your constitution right to travel (see "liberty" defined in Black's).
I typically engage in dialogues with my wife or myself while I am commuting in an attempt to practice speaking what I know. Think about the possible scenarios and how far you are willing to go. If you don't want to go to jail, fight the cop to the end and then sign the ticket so he doesn't haul you away. Just sign it as discussed in the forums and use lack of jurisdiction as your basis in court.
