As far as I know Maxwell's works, were "lost" and what are forwarded now as Maxwell's equations are not particularly Maxwell's and are flawed.
I could be mistaken.
As far as "time travel," "we" are not what we, with limited perception, seem to be at all, and free of illusion, and aware that "we" actually exist always in timeless, spaceless, and dimensionless infinite eternity comprising endless "universes" and limitless possibilities, "one" can "be" wherever and whenever one will, simply by will.
Advanced mathematics and the realizeable applications in advanced quantum physics seem interested in practical applications of prototypical models tailored to our illusorilly limited physical and cognitive perceptual apparatti.
