Re:FS-581 Questionnaire, Information for determing US citizenship
Let's look at the questions and possible answers for the FS 581.
Above, sui juris states that 7b should be answered Yes... what about 7a?& Were you not naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state AT BIRTH?... or is this question in reference to some sort of "official process" to be naturalized as a citizen?
In part III the questions ask for a little more detail.& The 3 parts to question 1 are simple: "Yes", "united States <U>of America</U>" and "Birth".
Answer to #2: "When I discovered that "United States" carries three (3) separate definitions including: "the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia, and that the definition of "United States" is not provided on any government forms."
Answer to #3: "I have always known that I am a citizen of the united States <U>of America</U> which is defined as the 50 state of the union."
Answer to #4: "I was born in a state foreign to the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia (United States) as I was born in the Republic of (name of state), one of the 50 states of the union (united <U>States of America</U>).& I have reaffirmed my oath of allegiance via affidavit (attached)."
Answer to #5: "I voluntarily reaffirmed my oath of allegiance by affidavit.& I was born "without" the United States (the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia) in one of the 50 states of the union (the united States <U>of America</U>)."
Answer to #6: "My intention is to retain my status as an "American National", a citizen born in one of the 50 states of the union (united States <U>of America</U>) and refute and rebut any presumption or assumption that I am a citizen of the United States (the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia) which is a lesser sort of citizen, completely subject to the jurisdiction of Congress and without any Constitutional Rights."
Answer to #7:&"I was born in one of the 50 states of the union (united States <U>of America</U>). I have always had ties with the united States of America (NOT the "United States" defined as "the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia").& I refute any presumption and assumption that I have ever been any sort of citizen other than an American National, a citizen of one of the 50 states of the union."
Answer to #8: "I have no property "within" the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia (United States), nor do I reside "within" the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia (United States).&The only ties I have with the United States are the unwanted intrusions of agencies and departments of the United States into my private life and personal affairs which are Constitutionally protected from such intrusion."
Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated.
