This interview of General, Lewis William Walt of the USMC
is extremely revealing. My tendency, after the few years of research, is to listen to what this man, now passed, had to say, and compare his views and findings, to WWI, WWII, then, the league of nations, up to what we are seeing today.
So, if you truly mind, get the tin foil hats off (just kidding), try to put two and two together:
