I am an heir to a 8 2/3 acres of land in NC. I will be attempting to gain a land patent and quiet title for this land since my relatives know nothing of how to protect our family's treasures, interests, or wealth from the local government. I will be following your developments from time to time on your issues. I am currently not in a position to do such things--After September I will be.



So as for quiet title--why not go to the local law library?
