Question Expired Real Estate Purchase Contract Offer

Hey, I need some Help! I am now the Excutor of my fathers Estate. I got from my Brother because he's has made a mess of things. He signed a Real Estate Purchase agreement to sell part of the family Homestead farm. It has been in the family for 112 years. The offer was not signed by the buyer when my brother signed it. The buyer Signed it 2 months later. The offer had also expired before my brother signed it. It said TIME IS OF THE ESSIENCE: If not signed by mm/dd/yy before 5 pm the offer is void. I stopped the deal and now we have a les pendends filed against the property. The attorney's tell me that in court they go on intent not the contract. Because it's Color of law. The Real Estate Brokers in the area tell me that if He would of had a realitor instead of a Attorney there woulndn't be a contract. We now have a complaint against us filed in the state district court and the attorny's only gave me a 70 % chance of winning. So I fired them. I have been studying the courts, Redemption process, and representing myself as Pro Persona/Sui Juris for 6 months. I have completed & filed my redemption Paperwork with the county recorder. Does anyone have any Great Ideas that might help me out of this mess.

I Would Appreciate Any Suggestions.

Thank You!
