Your looking to far away, pal. Go to your local treasury deparment (the one that, allow's the city to do open "tax season" on your property, motor car, and other public 'obligation's') and get his/her oath of office and bond. Attach to it whatever asset's (on paper ONLY)you have.

[Note: If you place them in a bank give the bank a notice with the fiducary appointment, the oath, and the bond so, when the IRS/county come's after you you'll have all your doc's on he/she "protecting you" by way of oath and bond. You don't need the fiducary appointment but, it will asure the direction's of the holder to be of the treausry. The appointment take 10 business days as opposed to doing the notice without it to the bank and the treasury and getting things rolling within the same day.]

Take all the papers you have (statement, oath, bond) and put "GIFT" in big blue (sky blue so, the paper's can still be read) over ALL the paper's. The bond is more then likely worth more or less so, you have to do a different filing then the one you'll make the offer of the 'gift's' to the treasury and the bank with.


Now, when you place your asset's in the bank and place them on notice of the fiducary (the treasury to the bank and notice to treasury) you take a Schedule a Schedule B form (IRS tax form) and send it to the IRS with ALL "evidence" of the treasury's "acting" for the indebtness of a tax "offer". The treasury with "off-set"[IF, he/she is smart/check banking and banking law's] the charge and your money will be tax free! As a matter of "fact" you should also file ALL the papers into the recorder office so, he/she can not escape the "bum rush" (street slang for smash-ya-motha****en-ass!) of the IRS. The IRS will also give you a tax "break" and will pay you the "difference" of the gift if, not all the hole whop!

P.S. For those of you that, have assets that is NOT 10K (thousand) or better then, I would suggest you place a dollar amount (GIFT FOR 100,000.00 THOUSAND DOLLARS) accross whats been "offered" to you by anyone or if, you want to make a bad "situation" for someone then, thats what you'll need to do.
