You might want to ask the officer if, he signed "under" penality perjury. If so, (which he'll state 'yes') you ask him for the record and under the penality of perjury if, he is a proscutor? He'll say, "no" then, go on to ask, ".. so, why would you place yourself as the underwriter of this undersigned statment in protest YOUR account?"

UnderWriter: "Another term for an insurer, one who assumes the risk of another's loss and compensates for the loss under the terms of an insurance policy."


Believe 'it' or not him "acting" as a undersigner is as good as a co-signer on a loan! Go to your local bank and ask them if, you have a co-signer on a secuirty would it be possiable to get a loan in there office? Think about it!
