Of course....business and people will complain about how cumbersome compliance with the "list" is and expect govt to produce a solution. That will be to do away with a published list and require that an RFID enabled ID be presented during a transaction which will automatically scan the database for peeps on the OFAS list. And they will thank govt for the convenience!
