Certified Product... of human conception
Certified Product
of Human Conception
This will be an article, yet at this point it is a work in progress. I am drafting it here because I need to be able to post without the 10000 character limit & I want imput from other members of this community. It is intended to be elementry in its nature and support more complicated evidence of the conversion of the People into chattel/property/slaves.
The assertion, that the "Birth Certificate" or "Certificate of Live Birth" is a "security" (like a stock certificate or a Title to property), needs more support and this will be the scope of this work.
I find the following definitions from the 50 states' revised statutes' definition of the words "Birth" and/or "Live Birth" very telling:

The death is indicated by the fact that after such expulsion or extraction the fetus does not breathe or show any other evidence of life such as beating of the heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord, or definite movement of voluntary muscles.

29 states use the verbage very similar to this: "... the expulsion or extraction of a product of human conception ..."
15 states I was unable to find a definition and shall presume them to follow the trend of the other states,
That leaves only 6 states that used a different definition.
Now lets look at the definition of "Security" from the Securities Exchange Act of 1934:
Quote:

stock,
treasury stock,
bond,
debenture,
certificate of interest
or participation in any profit-sharing agreement (is the Social security program a profit-sharing agreement?) or in any oil, gas, or other mineral royalty or lease,
any collateral-trust certificate,
preorganization certificate or subscription,
transferable share,
investment contract,
voting-trust certificate, (do you need a "birth certificate" to vote in elections of Congress people [congress=trustees of the general public trust]?)
certificate of deposit for a security,
any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege on any security, certificate of deposit, or group or index of securities (including any interest therein or based on the value thereof), or any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege entered into on a national securities exchange relating to foreign currency (is a FRN a foreign curancy?),
or in general, any instrument commonly known as a "security";
or any certificate of interest
or participation in,
temporary or interim certificate for, receipt for, or warrant
or right to subscribe to or purchase, any of the foregoing;
but shall not include currency or any note, draft, bill of exchange, or banker's acceptance which has a maturity at the time of issuance of not exceeding nine months, exclusive of days of grace, or any renewal thereof the maturity of which is likewise limited.

Do people think a greedy banker and an attorney in black robes could twist these definitions to make a birth certificate a "security instrument" and the people a part of the Gross National Product?
Is the product of human conception backing the Federal Reserve Notes, along with all the other product[s] that humans produce by working together.... like cars, tv's, etc??? People breed animals... this is product as well...
Did you, as a parent, after the product was extracted/expelled, get a Certificate for your product when you registered it?
IN this light, Human Resources takes on a whole new meaning...
Assessing the Value of the Product
So now that we have a "product", it's time to establish a base value... but how?
Between the ages of 18-65, the product will generate tax revenue (not just income tax, but tax in general).
The exact amount of revenue it will generate varies from product to product... some will generate very little, and other product is very productive.
So let's use a simple formula to create a low-ball estamate of the base value.
From the ages of 18-65 most people will work 40 hours per week, and be paid at least the federal minimum wage ($5.15/hr.). This will produce a certian amount of tax revenue. Thus we have now established the formula for calnculating the base vale of the product:
50 work weeks in a year (2 weeks of vacation)
40 hours of work in a 5 day work week
$5.15 per hour
$10,300 will be the total yearly income from the product. What will be the tax revenue generated?
Well, surly it will all be spent in a year, and if just a sales tax is levied, it will generate $515.00 in sales tax per year.
At 300 million people in the USA, each generating a minimum of $515.00 in sales taxes, you will have a yearly value of around $1,545,000,000.00 in sales taxes alone...
That's not really that much money... $515.00, now is it.
How can we increase the value of the product?
Lets change the base value to the average national wage index http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/COLA/AWI.html ... this was the National Average Wage Index for 2005: $36,952.94
Some prduct produced more, some less, but thats why we use an average...
What would the sales tax collected be on $37,000.00 @ 5% for the entire population?
$1,850.00 x 200,000,000 (population of the usa https://www.cia.gov/cia/publications.../print/us.html) = $370,000,000,000.000
Now that is a chunk of change!
I didn't even consider the income tax or any of the other taxes or fines and fees.
ENDNOTES:
* Note: just because a definition was not found dosn't mean there isn't one. If you can cite the location in the code for the definition of "birth" and/or "live birth" for the states that I didn't find one I will ammend this article.
** Not all the figures are going to be accurate, prehaps someone can applie this principle with more accurate formulas to give us a clearer value of the produce of human conception.
P.S.
Keep in mind that while the definition will eventualy be changed, this will not solve the problem.
This article is intending to get to the root of the 'cancer' that has grown in the 'body politic', yet we must also get the rest of the systems based on these foul principles.
The New Deal is not a good deal for the People.
