Are we supposed to think that a natural person or someother is doing business as a natural person? Surely, this is the diversity of citizenship known in the Judiciary Act. What property is held in the trust and corporate sole deemed "Richard A Chichakli" or "Richard Chichakli" ? Is Richard or some non-lawful value? When someone asks for two or three names on a legislated Form, a transmitting utility will be drafted and crafted for reference to that trust and its parties; then a corporate sole will be granted, and whomever makes attachment to the earliest of transmittals will be the Officers, even though they don't get along all that well or are trying to claim value or derive compensation for someone debt that it is decided to draft said Trust in agreement of the compensation or business.
