A mere happen stance?
Is this too simple an evidentiary fact? Here in Illinois licensing is handled by the "secretary of state", a custodian of Illinois business and corporate records.
Also, in my mind, I liken the internent to the corporate fiction. One must be ever weary of protecting onself against the blatant fraud mixed/intermingled with truth. I truly believe the fiction was intended as a means of protection/corporate veil that has been perverted by dishonest men.
