lecture

Thanks for that confirmation Weis.

The paper is a Lecture and apparently Ebsworth and Ebsworth had something to do with Dr. Wiswall lecturing at the Australian National University. Maybe Wiswall worked at Ebsworth - it is a huge law firm. Or maybe Ebsworth is a major contributor to the law school at the university. I don't know.

For a peek into that:

[maybe search around for "Wiswall"? At Ebsworth too?]

Maybe tomorrow I will find out if the paper is still available from the Australian National University. I have still not gotten anything from Dr. Wiswall in response to my request so I bet the University is unresponsive too.

Regards,

David Merrill.
