Sui Juris, the purpose of all this is that I now have a auto without tags, and am in great need to move to another location. Needless to say, traversing down a road is riskey at best.& I, needless to say, do not care to give up my natural born rights to anything satanic, etc..& Also, A state took my D.L. unlawfully sometime back and I will not give them several hundred FRNs in order to kowtow to those that are beneath me!& Therefore, my privacy is important to me.& Hope this gives you a little more insight in this.& And thanks again.
