Just an opinion but I would write 'without prejudice' somewhere in the body and sign it below. If added after the signature or below the signature (position wise) it could be interpreted as being added after the signature (time wise).

On affidavits and other such docs it usually goes beneath the signature line along with the Upper Lower "name"
