I was wandering what you guys think about if people have the right to walk down a shoulder on the interstate(NOT HitchHiking). I am a huge hiker and I cant always get to the forest, so the city it is. I thank you for any help.
Im tired of getting booted off the hwy by those blinking cars and big sunglasses.
