I've struggled with anxiety and panic attacks off and on for about 20 years. I have attended visualization and affirmation classes back when I was in the Air Force. I am currently receiving disability retirement from federal civil service due to this condition. It's inherent in my Mother's side of the family and I take a couple of **** and just deal with it. I will say over the last 3 years it's not as intense as it use to be. It's always good to step outside of your body and reflect on life and remember that it IS just one big ILLUSION and I think we tend to fear the worse which causes us to fight or flight adding more stress
