By definition a homebrew is made under my own roof of dwelling. Good homebrewed ale, stout and pilsner.
Let's all meet in jail. There's plenty to learn in there as well. You can quit smoking, for example, and get in shape.
How about 5 million young single people with a bit of free time on their hands all volunteer for a bit of 'jail duty'? Get a "hoop-dy-hoop" car for 100 bux and drive around 'waving your freak-flag high'.
