Welcome to the site. I would not copyright the tradename I would trademark it and copyright the autograph. This way there is no dought that it is lawful. Tradenames are trademarked all the time. McDonalds, Movie Gallery, Burger King, etc are all trade marks. There is no doubt that you can restrict the use thereof. Check out
