Good point, try this instead:

A letter to DMV aka the State Saying: By registering this vehicle with this State, I do hereby give this State a equal security interest in this vehicle. I give this State co-ownership of this vehicle. Since this vehicle is no longer only mine, this State agrees to total liability when I am licensed by this State to drive the vehicle.

Is that better?

I am looking for new ideas of dealing with DMV, got any suggestions? Think outside the box ! We need to out smart them at thier own game or move the game somewhere else.
