In no way am I saying to do this, but I'm with Gldskr on this one. The only difference between what you propose and what they expect is that you want them to take full responsibility for your actions. They simply will not do that and rightfully so. So, either register and comply fully or, have absolutely nothing to do with registration in any way shape or form.
