Both parties are acting under color of law. It is not like he is in equity or common law in this situation, he is in admiralty/ maritime jurisdiction and his employer has sovereign immunity. If he sues his case will be dismissed.
FBIman is voluntarily receiving a benefit by working for a US corporation as one himself. He is subject to his creator, Congress as a naturalized citizen with a SSN. That is what the income tax is all about, corporate profit.
FBIman, use the brains that God gave you but not by beating them against a concrete wall. What you are doing has been tried over and over and it doesn't work so either be a good wage slave or start your own business and tell them to shove their job. In the meantime file max exemptions if you can because now you have forewarned them.
A frontal assault won't work against a superior force, use the element of suprise and maneuver around resistance next time.
