Checked out all these web pages you provided and there are some resources there that have some interest to them but others as you said are probably useless. Let's talk just a bit so that we don't waste any too unnecessary time or energy.
All these things in life often occur for an excellent reason. Rather than shurk my responsability, I will rather face it! Instead of running the other way or choosing an attorney etc., I'd rather face my adversary well versed, readily prepared.

I was just reading some very interesting incitements from Alfred Adask's writings. The opportunity to place commercial liens (CLS) upon public officials that fail to uphold their oath of office and maintaining the eloquence of our Constitution. There has to be ways to bring these public servants down from their haunty heights, and proud looks of Tyrany.

I will spend the time and energy, with whosoever would help, to equip me to the battle front, that I may inflict those of whom are not capable of representing truth!
To get back to the thread, originally we were demanded to get off our own property for occupying a motorhome. That agency was the local zoning dept. that made these threats.. They consequently telephoned the local health dept. both agencies working as one.. This invoked added allegations originally referencing sanitary septic systems, lack of sufficient water on the property etc.
Without a legal file or a motorhome in question, fire seeming to solve these delemnas.. for them....now again I have their incoming shells and battle preparations relative to two distinct offices or rather agencies working as one..with new allegations and added threats....
Presently the zoning dept. demands 'cease and desist' from continuing to build a pole barn without aquisition of a permit. (significant economic sanctions attached) of which are $500.00 fine misdomeanor with independant charges for each day thereafter 15 day neglegant of permit aquisition.
Ohio State Revised Code (ORC 519.21) states: Prohibition of agricultural uses limited confers no power on any township zoning commission, board of township trustees, or board of zoning appeals to prohibit the use of any land for agricultural purposes or the construction or use of buildings or structures incident to the use for agrucultural purposes of the land on which such buildings or structures are located. Furthermore, no zoning certificate shall be required for any such building or structure.
My experience is minimal in legal affairs, so might I ask a few simple questions..hoping for opinions but not legal advice.. Because local governing officials deem the essay that their articles and codes created abrogate State and Federal Laws.. Am I a dummy to believe that?
Am I going crazy or might I ask another plain old question. They say I have to have a permit when State Law says " Furthermore, no zoning certificate shall be required for any such building or structure".
Are zoning officials, local lower level magistrates who have their own agendas, aren't they subject to Federal, and State Legislature restraints? Or am I truly losing my mind? Everyone thinks I'm guilty because I won't obey them...... Am I going crazy or what?
Enough about the zoning issue.. I'll comment on the Health dept. issue next reply...
