I found your post by searching the name "Constitution Rangers", and all that I came up with was what appears to be a temporary disabled website, and before I even found this forum and read your post, the first thought in my head was that the FBI had shut it down. My ESP has been on a roll this week too by the way.
But the reason that I started researching it is because I watched a video interview with Ed Brown in New Hampshire, the Feds have his home surrounded for alleged tax evasion. He said that he is a member of the Constitutional Rangers. I will try to put a link here. It's about time we start using that document again I think.
