Doctor Henry's special mix

Eat as much of your food raw as you can tolerate and/or cook your foods as little as you can. And that includes meats as well, specially fish and seafood.

Drink purified water made in your own home by Reverse Osmosis (RO). A good quality RO will cost between $400-$500. It fits under your kitchen sink. An RO will produce 99.99% pure water at a cost of about 3 cents per gallon. Stay away from store bought bottled water, you just never know what's in it. There are no legal requirements for labeling water. Yet, that is. The only exception to the bottled water rule are specialty waters like Structured Water. Go to www.essenceoflife.com to learn about Structured Water.

Install an UltraViolet (UV) air purification unit in your home's central heat/air conditioning unit. Make sure it is not an "object purifier" type UV lamp, meaning the lamp is just a straight stick. The UV lamp should be U-shaped and surrounded by a reflective tube. This allows the UV rays to be concentrated killing a maximum of pathogens. A good quality UV air purification unit should cost you about the same as a good quality RO, about $400-$500. I don't recommend "Ionic Breeze" type units as these only capture a minute amount of contaminants and do not kill pathogenic bacterias and viruses.

Take a high quality Multivitamin rich in Anti-Oxidents. A good quality Multivitamin should cost about $40-$50 per month.

Try these steps and then come back to this forum in six months and tell me the last time you had a cold or flu. They will virtually disappear from your life.
