license plate question

I remember someone posted that they had put a decal on the back of their truck which said "Not For Hire" and that was supposed to imply that they 'were not driving in commerce,' and somehow this is what everyone getting certain traffic violations is not seeing.

My question is this, and I'm sorry if I am merely rehashing common knowlege, but WHO IS NOT FOR HIRE?
Is it Myself, the real human?
Is it My ficticious 'DBA' created driver's license thats making me liable?
Is it my car/vehicle/vessle/ship/equity/?

I remember seeing this when I was younger, it had to have been in the late 80's, now I can see what they were getting at.

If I am not for hire, and not actively engaged in commercial activities, than how could i 'get' a traffic violation, or to put it more accurately a "Traffic Stop/with FEE imposed"one which is predicated on all of these presumptions. . There is so much unspoken action happening too. The police officer wants me to tacitly admit that I am engaged in commercial driving, for profit, so he just simply refuses to acknowlege that any of my various 'ploys' are legally valid. Such as reserving my rights w/ signature. The police officer is pretending FOR me, by looking at the flesh and blood human and in a very 'serious' manner, assuming that I care about the trouble my 'dba' WA state card gets itself in, and that all of 'laws I am in violation of will be considered AS VALID LAWS(we know they aren't, do we have to make it clear then, at the time of being pulled over? Furthermore, can a police officer get jurisdiction, if you for example, were to not say a word at all, or sign anything. Couldn't I feasibly "coerce" a police officer, trick him into giving me JURISDICTION OVER HIM/her? Through the use of verbal agreements, tacit admittance, and the like??
There are too many different ways the whole "sovereign traveller" experience may manifest.
Being pulled over is basically fruad, because you are being denied your rights without a valid claim/cause. You are being kidnapped when they take you away, look at Black's 5th. These are obviously serious offences, so why aren't smart people using this to beat their tickets, but also sue for damages related to being kidnapped, held against one's will, robbery w/ a deadly weapon (The search and seizure of personal belongings, which is) Stupid hypocritical double standards.
