I've given up efforts to discourage this sort of silliness on this forum, but I will call attention to the fact that Mel Stamper calls himself a "JD." (notice how he punctuates that -- not J.D. which would be Juris Doctor), he is not listed anywhere as a lawyer, nor on the faculty of any bona fide law school, nor is there any record of a court allowing him to represent a client.

As for a special appearance, I have enlarged on this elsewhere. The defendant should have something more than just the two words, "special appearance", to challenge jurisdiction, and if he is defeated on that point then the case immediately progresses to the merits.
