That's right, use Without Prejudice as your signature. In this way it doesn't attract attention and if you are questioned, you just claim it as your signature and that is how you sign documents. No one can tell you what or how your signature can be.
You may also say that is how your legal counsel advised you but I wouldn't mention that when turning in gov. applications.
