2. Check for the Oath of Office of those that are personally responsible for creating a ticket out of the information obtained from the camera;
3. Question the knowledge of the person that created the ticket regarding their knowledge of the electronics and methods the camera uses to determine when to snap a picture (use this to conclude that a glitch in the program/electronics of the camera may have caused the camera to snap at the wrong time and make them prove that it can't happen);
