Mary Croft stated in her ebook that she sent the Minister of Transportation (she lives in Canada) an Administrative Notice of her status (being a woman of the land) and challenged the presumption of being "person" subject to their administrative codes and the like. Upon default of the Notice it created a contract between them and she sent certified copies to the RCMP and the local constabulary.
One might send a certified copy of the status correction paperwork with accompanying notice to the DMV and local law enforcement offices that you will be travelling in a private capacity and not subject to administrative code. You should also carry a copy of that in your conveyance as well.
Weis...Im not trying to mix oranges and apples. Croft uses the redemption approach. It's always better to give proper notice of status correction to the authorities beforehand, instead of waiting to get busted! Any ideas or refinements of this would be appreciated.
