If God had written the Constitution

It would have read: And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your heart (Deut 6:5 and book of Mathew) . To this , HE might have added from Matt 22:39 "You shall love your neighbor as yourself(people love themselves pretty good). The Articles of the Constriction might have been the commandments themselves , under which all the statutes are listed.
The Book of Genesis does not read We the people (Adam and Eve tried that theory as did Satan before that). The bible reads from the start : In the beginning God etc.

I don't think the bible has any rights in it that read: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion (I can think of a few commandments that go out the window with that statement regardless of what the intent of the writers may have been), The law of the land in this country for example includes the property law doctrine of caveat emptor or buyer beware which in essence allows anyone to sell a business or property or product of little or no value to anyone . the buyer has no recourse unless he/she can prove the seller knew the product or service was worthless.
I don't find any such concepts in HIS teachings and laws.
