I hope it is that easy but I think it’s gonna be an uphill battle. One question I am not sure of. By going to the web site did I unknowing give my consent for them to buy the loan? And can the Ombudsman really do anything about it or will he do anything about it. All said and done can I file a lawsuit here in Idaho or do I file it in Sioux Falls. I will keep you all updated.
