I may appear as a potential witness with the Consumers in
No 1 corrupt Court in the Nation: Kings County
Civil Court of New York, where self-represented
and their Right are abused in a grinding and polished fashion, whereas
"road blocks" are utilized on every level encountered.

which
"assaulted" People's Rights even
before they get a chance to see a judge.

Armed Court Officers were harassing the PEOPLE and their Agent already -
all witnessed.

The Defendant-female was not even allowed to have her documents-defense taken out
from the large briefcase left behind with the other two accompanying
individuals and was precluded from relying on them when Jonathan Kingston -
ESQUIRE was contradicting that record in her possession,
as well as BS-ing so quickly that she could not understand some of it to even respond.

Notice that the judge allowed that to go on.


Whatever the Consumers understood and tried to answer was, unilaterally,
interrupted by the lawyer.

Judge allowed that, while when the Consumer objected, she was interrupted
and even harassed by the armed guards.

That was not even a hint of a fair fight by all standards.

That was a lynching and slaughter
in a pre-mediated fashion - Kings county style - lawyers-judges-guards
DE-rail PRO SE.

The Consumers defense was written and submitted timely.

That was clear.


The judge was given the file only a few minutes before she began
the Hearing and read no contents of it, except of headings.

How could she possibly rule non-arbitrarily, then?


The defendant-female was, purposely, separated and
psychologically intimidated by all three sides -

in conflict of interest and violations of Due Process of
WE ARE THE PEOPLE, who were, almost,
cut thin by the corruption knife of the indecent triangle into
I AM THE ONE, LONELY, AND ABUSED.

Just think about all that and what, practically, every
self-represented litigant in that court is subjected to
so viscously.


If you or any one may believe that I would concentrate on a small issue,
considering the so much bigger panorama of the abuse that we are exposing
when, finaly, have the Consumers-Agent who are
willing to go forward - I, respectfully, dissent.


Welfare of thousands and thousands of Human Beings is
much more important to me than
"eating not-so nutritious food" thrown at me by the PO.


Even though each one of us has our own right and reasons for doing such, I just want to express my disappointment the same.
It appears that the tendering and consenting were done out of fear.

Not so. Out of wisdom and only.
My ego or small things do not concern me.

My aim to expose the corruption and
be able to witness
how the Consumers and Agent
are treated - has been more important than
arguing with the PO, particualry when
M&A and Kingston trow their
pathetic and subvert fraud of
the alleged UPL -practicing law without license.


The UPL is pulled when WE ARE THE PEOPLE
have decided to stand up to the corruption and fraud.


I would maintain my course, keeping the aim at sight.


If this is the case, my prayer is that you may have "the peace that passes understanding" in Christ Jesus.


I know you mean well and thank you.

However, being closer to the events, I may have a better overview
of the priorities and what may or may not sacrifice.

I value "gold" more than "change".... as referenced in
non-financial comparison too.

PS. If you look to the Right, my lion and lamb do get along,
whereas, when I must to take my stand -
I would not be moved "even if they roll tanks,"

all balanced by knowing that LIFE and JUSTICE
would emerge even in a desert!
