It appears the code that you have pasted for me to test looks like they (international banking cartel) approved the United States chapter 11 or 13 of the bankruptcy. They (the US) are officially in debt to the bankers. It actually reads like a loan agreement of some sort.

And I believe a good teacher (which is not myself) should give you the answers and grade you later on how you operate in society with the knowledge that you were given. There are alot of A students that are dumb as hell---since common sense is not common.
