facts

One, it's impossible for me to lose to someone who is delusional.

Two, Louisiana has actually in recent years adopted almost all of the UCC. They did not adopt articles 2 (sales), 2A (leases), or 6 (bulk sales). However, it has been recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws that article 6 be repealed as obsolete anyway. Louisiana has adopted these articles:

1 (General provisions)
3 (Negotiable instruments, formerly called commercial paper)
4 (Bank Deposits and Collections)
4A (Funds Transfers)
5 (Letters of Credit)
7 (Warehouse Receipts, Bills of Lading, and other Documents of Title)
8 (Investment Securities)
9 (Secured Transactions)

See http://www.law.cornell.edu/uniform/ucc.html
and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Commercial_Code

Third, the Uniform Commercial Code is the work of the aforementioned National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute. That you think the Vatican had anything to do with it is just another of your delusions.

We reject Skurdal's argument that he is a "free man" exempt from the laws because he has "no contracts" with either the state or federal governments...No persons in Montana may exempt themselves from any law simply by declaring they do not consent to it applying to them...Accepting Skurdal's assertion of exempt status is an invitation to anarchy. We decline that invitation. - State v. Skurdal, Supreme Court of Montana, 235 Mont. 291, 767 P.2d 304 at 308 (1988).
