Note that everyone refers to the UNITED STATES as a corp. in almost every instance.& We must remember that it is also a Federation... and NOT a member of the UNION!!


The corp. deals with its citizens via contract.& The Federation is what we deal with as American Nationals.& The Federation is a "Foreign Country" to us.& Whereas, the Corporate U.S. is just another "business" entity (a foreign one)&that we sometimes engage in commerce with.


Make sense?... I know what I'm trying to get across... just not sure I'm doing it!& (Still pullin' my hair out over that stupid IRS letter!).
