My major strategy was just to ask for jury trial and make sure they do the TWELVE man jury not the 6 man fakery.... then just wait for them to cave-in and dismiss the whole thing because they don't want the hassle for a $34 ticket. If it does go to trial I was going to read over that lawyer dude's website and find out about some nice motions to gum up the works with. Basically have as much fun as I can because we are talking about $34 and petty-misdemeanor, however I ran into trouble because the personal conveyance was not registered in my name.
