well, if it helps I third Joseph's last post. I have played around with some ideas for making my own 'tags' but havent come up with anything that I am 100% happy with yet.
If FBIMan has used this with success, maybe he is willing to share with the community.
Has anyone done this or something similar?
In Georgia, if you purchase a car from an individual, you get no drive out or paper tag, only 30 days to register and get a metal plate, during which time you have nothing. If stopped, one can easily show a purchase agreement or bill of sale and if during the 30 days, there are no problems. One also cannot make their own 'tag' saying tag applied for, private sale, or the like, as this draws unwanted attention from the po-po.. Ask me how I know...
