A Colorado man, who claimed that being "a state citizen" but denied being a U.S. citizen, enabled him to drive without a DL is the most recent winner of free room and board (five days, but his cases ,ay not be over).
He made it easy on the police, because they had watched him drive away from hearings at which he was told he couldn't drive without a DL.
