American National, sovereign state Citizen, or Sui Juris freeman?

I'm starting the process of freeing myself from the US Citizen garbage, and I've been reading through Johnny Liberty's "Sovereign American's Handbook", and I havent been able to find a really good definition of the three forms of good citizenship. What exactly do American National, sovereign state Citizen, and Sui Juris freeman mean in a legal sense, what are the differences, and which should I become?

Thanks, and glad to finally see a group of people who actually care about REAL freedom!
