Since the hypothetication was first done on the BC to get the bonding in process , is there remedy in effect, or are yous stuck with that legal name if attempted to use in commerce. I could see non-endorsement of FRNs using the USN stamping procress on back of a paycheck in theory and as a sensory node , but it still doesnt clean out the commercial respority of endorsment back to 800 so to speak, unless one traveses the daunting task of bankruptcy in commerce or cherry picking the creditors off one by one, which could take years to wipe out each black marking........
