That does not confine you to a "Label" and certainly says what you are are, and are NOT.



In fact if you were ever pulled over by Police, the first thing I say when asked for anything by them is :



"For the record, I am a full liability, free-willed, living man, with a soul.....do you have a claim against me........"



If they still proceed it is at their own risk now as you just removed any presumed "Jurisdiction".



A bit long-winded, but good How about "For the record, I am a sovereign American, and in no way under the jurisdiction of the laws governing US Citizens. Do you have a claim against me?"
