Since when does a plaintiff need a Judges "permission" to go after him for his tortious acts??? Immunity doesnt apply to tortious acts or acts outside of jurisdiction. You should know better! In this instant matter, I dont think the guy had a leg to stand on since he plead guilty and in effect submitted to the verdict rendered. Time to get rid of the worthless bar I say!
