Well of course it is. I just attempted to access the Florida Bar website, but it is temporarily down for maintenance. However, this was available online;

The addy for the florida bar is
www.flabar.org . At the opening page, click 'find a lawyer' at the top left of the page, then at the next screen, type in his last name, first name combinations and proceed to the next page. His full name is John Bruce (Jack) Thompson. You will find that the Flabar website gives full recognition of the information indicated on his letter to the AG.

Sorry folks; I checked the link above and it does not function properly.. not sure of what the problem is, however, here is a copy and paste of the google criteria I used to access the wikipedia information; "jack thompson""florida attorney" Presumably, if you post that data in a google search bar, you should retrieve numerous pages of info on this attorney. Use the very first wikipedia entry.
